Production Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure production meets quality and efficiency standards.

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week; Monday thru Friday

Duties:

- Manage and coordinate production activities, ensuring products are manufactured on time and within budget

- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows

- Monitor production output, resolve issues, and implement improvements

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and meet customer demands

- Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff to ensure high performance

- Maintain safe working conditions and enforce safety regulations

Requirements:

• 3-4+ years of manufacturing leadership experience required
• Metal fabrication industry preferred; not required.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing applications and concepts.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to fabricate, assemble, and use power tools efficiently
• Proficiency in operating forklifts, hand tools, and other warehouse equipment
• Ability to lead a team effectively, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve efficiently
