Production Manager

Earthley is looking for a new person to join our warehouse team. A Production Manager, who will oversee different aspects of our facility at a high level. We’re seeking someone who is as passionate about our mission – to change the way the world sees health care – as we are. It’s a benefit if the person is already a member of the natural-minded community and use and love our products!

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the production schedule meets our long-term goals
• Coaching, developing, and mentoring the production supervisors and team leads
• Identifying inefficiencies in the production process and creating and implementing solutions
• Researching machines and equipment; making decisions about purchase
• Working with Facilities, Quality, and R&D to operationalize and implement new equipment

Qualifications

• Leadership skills, including leading leaders
• 2+ years of production experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Office
• Ability to manage and organize many different projects at once – multi-tasking
• Data analysis
• LEAN or other efficiency skills
