Production Manager
The Production manager is responsible for the coordination of all production activities across the various manufacturing departments from raw material intake to final production delivery, while driving quality standards, process improvements, and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage and mentor operators in various production departments
maximize production efficiency while minimizing downtime
Develop best practices for production process to meet quality and production targets
Work with other departments to resolve any cross-functional issues
Oversee maintenance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering
5+ Years of experience in a leadership role within a production/manufacturing environment
Strong organizational and managerial skills
background in materials fabrication
Deep understanding of quality, safety and production processes
