Job Title: Production Maintenance Manager

Location: Seabrook, NJ - On-Site

Salary: $107k-$135k DOE

Requirements: BS/BA Degree or equivalent in experience, 5-9 yrs in a managment role, Familiarity with GMP oricesses and food production machinery

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team and ensure that safety protocols are followed
• Maintain and repair plant equipment, machinery, electrical systems, mechanical systems, hydraulic & compressed air systems, boiler systems, ammonia refrigeration systems, and more
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems quickly and efficiently
• Keep up to date with GMP, regulatory programs, safety protocols, and best practices
• Monitor and manage maintenance costs
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure plant is running at peak performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
• Manage capital projects and plant sustainability initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Manager experience in a manufacturing plant
• Knowledge of OEE, electrical, mechanical, industrial controls, hydraulic, compressed air, boiler systems, ammonia refrigeration systems, building maintenance, color and peripheral vision, solid waste reduction, plant sustainability are preferred
• Understanding of regulatory programs, process safety management, water/energy conservation, waste treatment systems, food processing equipment, OSHA/FDA/USDA&EPA
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have bottling and canning experience GFSI/SQF experience a plus
• 2-3 years leading a maintenance department preferred)
