Shift & Schedule:
Shift: 7:50am - 8pm
Schedule: 2/2/3 rotation

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Monitor department personnel in the safe set-up, operation and maintenance of machinery
Troubleshoot equipment and make appropriate machine repairs/adjustments when qualified to do so
Coordinates activity between various shifts to ensure smooth transition of duties
Perform quality inspections on extrusion and thermoforming and printing operations
Monitor production output, assist in the scheduling of employees
Assists in employee evaluation and the proper completion of performance reviews
What Will Make You Successful:
Previous production lead experience
Ability to add, subtract and divide in all units of measure including fractions, whole numbers, and decimals
Ability to lift 50lbs
