The Product Engineer / Manager is responsible for managing products and the OEM market, as well as overseeing the Quality Control department. This role ensures alignment with company goals, values, and philosophy through excellence, quality service, commitment, and accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical engineering preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in designing and drafting valve train or cylinder head components for automotive, truck, diesel, heavy off-road vehicle, or agricultural equipment engineering.
- Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
