Production Coordinator, Pet Products

Our client, a growing pet accessories company, is seeking a Production Coordinator to join their team in NYC!


This is a full-time, on-site position. Requires 5 days a week in office.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage production and shipment process
  • Monitor timelines, delivery status, ensure deadlines are met
  • Organize and maintain WIP reports
  • Manage sample approvals
  • Daily communication with overseas factories
  • Prepare cost sheets and monitor quality assurance process
  • Place purchase orders and manage item setup a
  • Communicate with internal team members to ensure products are produced to the company's standards


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
  • 3+ years of production management and project management experience
  • Experience with AMT or other ERP systems
  • Previous work experience in a fast paced, heavily SKU driven company
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively manage timelines and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Salary: $60,000-$75,000
