Growing Apparel Accessory and Home Company in Edison, New Jersey looking for Production Coordinator. Should have experience with Hard Goods preferably in Home.. Must have excellent Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct communication and follow up on production status with overseas factories on a daily basis
  • Maintain and follow up on time and action calendar for preproduction/ TOP samples, lab testing and inspection
  • Analyze and understand customer manual for production
  • Input required information into the system for purchase order data & shipping document
  • Manage approval process with samples
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams- Sales and design team
  • Communicate all production issues internally with Sourcing Manager and Division Head

Qualifications:

  • 35 years of experience in production (Home Hard Goods production preferred)
  • Must have excellent Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask with a keen sense of detail
  • Act as a team player
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, highly organized
  • Strong capabilities in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
