We are seeking a talented Apparel Production Coordinator with strong production planning and data management skills. The role requires a passion for learning and growth and leveraging our data tools to help manage our large catalog of licensed children's apparel.


What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with sales, licensing, design, and technical teams to translate customer orders into production plans.
  • Coordinate & monitor production schedules and factory communications to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Prepare status reports and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, facilitating quick resolutions to maintain workflow efficiency.


What We Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in apparel production coordination or apparel production planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ERP systems.
  • Expert Excel skill is a must.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
