RESPONSIBILITIES:
Audit and place blanks and raw materials into inventory
Perform cycle counts on raw material and component inventory
Audit orders waiting for material and release as blanks become available
Maintain material traceability records as required
Collect, replenish, and distribute Kanban totes from point of use locations
Work with Master Scheduler to determine production releases
Issue shop orders as needed to replenish Kanban totes and blanks as needed
Perform inventory transactions as required
Issue NMR for products that do not meet quality standards
Maintain the inventory area in a clean and organized manner
Adhere to Associates' Handbook and safety policies.
Maintain the Deeds Drive Grinding Kanban
Use and care for micrometers and calipers properly
Provide leadership
Requirements
Education
High School Graduate or GED equivalent
Experience
Demonstrated computer/data entry experience
Must have completed 90-day probationary period
Skills
Detail oriented, including good organizational and planning skills
