Production Control Manager

LHH is actively seeking a Production Control Manager for a manufacturing company in the Lombard area. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in a growing department.

This role is responsible for working closely with the General Manager and production to support the continued growth of division and provide every day and strategic guidance to the production operations .

The primary responsibilities for this role include

• Oversee production activities
• Prepare departmental reports
• Create short and mid-term strategic plans and goals
• Ensure a safe and efficient production area
• Maintain ERP system
• Monitor production results against goals and customer expectations

The ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing and inventory control experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• ERP experience
• Good Excel Skills
• Strong background in material slow/planning/scheduling
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
