The position provides a multi-functional opportunity to support various client groups including Retrofête, MINT New York & VPR Creative. The position reports directly to the President & Co-Founder.

Retrofête is seeking a full-time Production Associate to join their Production Team. We are looking

for an enthusiastic candidate to assist the team with all responsibilities as it pertains to the role and

will report to the Director of Production.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and maintain factory PO’s and ensure accuracy of delivery date, style number, color name, cost, size breaks, etc.
• Work with technical design team to stay up to date on production sample approval status
• Track and follow up on factory PO’s to ensure on-time deliveries are met and communicate delays to the Director of Production.
• Maintain and approve bulk fabric and trim submits from factories
• Report on deliveries to Ecomm and Sales teams, including delays and early shipments
• Maintain inventory and T&A charts
• Review packing lists for accuracy and report discrepancies to Director of Production
• Arrange shipping method with Logistics team for PO’s ready to ship (ie. Ocean or Air)
• Review bulk production invoices against received units and apply any credits owed
• Develop and maintain collaborative, positive working relationships with internal and
• external colleagues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3+ years of relevant production experience
• Ability to effectively multi-task, problem solve, and be proactive with assigned projects
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be detail oriented
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• A positive attitude and drive to learn & grow within the team
• Experience working in a deadline driven work environment
