Responsible for assisting high volume producing manager in our Southside location. Serves as the point of contact and handles inquiries from customers, builders, and realtors during the application process - and pro-actively keeps them informed of progress.
Responsibilities
Handles marketing support to increase production volume by preparing and distributing marketing materials and communications. Completes loan applications, ensuring all information is correct. Tracks mortgage loans through closing and answers customer questions regarding status of files, interest rates, and underwriting requirements. May support the producing manager by attending luncheons, dinners, award ceremonies and special functions. Performs administrative and/or clerical duties in support of the producing manager.
Qualifications
NMLS Required
Mortgage Lending or bank operations experience needed
Excellent communication skills and strong computer skills are necessary
Previous origination experience is desirable
