  • Responsible for providing clerical administration support for Maintenance Base employees.

What You'll Do

As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.

  • Work with BOW and Base Planner with pre and post dock responsibilities in FCXP.
  • Account for 100% of the BOW package, print, organize, and deliver to the responsible dock
  • Process BOW supplements
  • File paperwork on Production docks daily
  • Manage ECNs for AO Production in Hgrs 1-3
  • Reconcile Aircraft BOW to 100% after completion and transfer BOW to Digital Data.

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • Office experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work functions effectively
  • Exercise good judgement and work under time constraints with professionalism, efficiency,, patience and tact
  • Ability to track, coordinate, and oversee several projects simultaneously with minimum supervision
  • Type 25-49 WPM
  • Must be able to work any shift, including nights and weekends
  • Overtime as required
