We own the licenses for beloved brands like Hello Kitty and Sterling Baby. Our mission is to provide stylish, affordable, and high-quality apparel to our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in our systems.
• Create and manage export documents to ensure smooth logistics and compliance.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for export documentation.
• Ensure all data entry tasks are completed with high accuracy and within deadlines.
• Handle product approvals, ensuring all products meet our and the licensors quality standards and requirements.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the production team.
• On-site 4 days a week

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry and handling export documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the wholesale apparel industry.
• Familiarity with export regulations and documentation processes.
