Sur La Table is actively seeking a Production Artist to join our Creative team, focused on elevating our production outputs across print and digital media. The ideal candidate will possess a generalist mindset and profound passion for typography, design, layout, and meticulous file setup—valuing every small detail and strict adherence to style guides. Additionally, they will demonstrate exceptional expertise in color theory, precision in targeting design specifications, and a thorough approach in execution—ensuring the highest quality & aesthetic creative output. This role reports into the Sr. Art Director.


What you get to do every day:

  • Prep, optimize, organize, and execute a high-volume of creative assets for print and digital media with speed and accuracy. Consistently deliver against time, quality, and technical constraints managing multiple tasks in tandem across diverse platforms.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, project managers, and other cross-functional partners to ensure design requirements are met with close attention to detail.
  • Maintain art file and graphic archives and retouch images as needed. Flexibility to enhance skills as required with a capability growth mindset.
  • In this role, you are passionate about producing high caliber work that delivers against Sur La Table’s design standards down to the smallest detail.


What you bring to the role:

  • 2+ years of experience working on an asset production team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent field. Related work experience considered in lieu of education.
  • Outstanding organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Self-starter who excels at prioritizing work with speed, accuracy, and scale.
  • Strong visual design skills, including an eye for color, layout, and typography in print & digital media demonstrated by a portfolio of detail-oriented design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), project management tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power-Point.
