Role: Product Surveillance Analyst
Location: Plymouth, MN - 55442
Duration: 12 Months on W2
Shift Timings: 8 AM to 4:30 PM
100% Onsite role.
Local candidates only; Manager wants interviews to be onsite.
Positions Requirements
Degree in STEM field. 4-year degree, 0-2 years’ experience; 2-year degree with more specific experience in complaint handling, 2+ years; Master’s degree overqualified
Med device experience nice to have
Lab experience nice to have
Health care experience nice to have – medical terminology
Strong written and oral skills required; technical writing used daily
Problem solving skills - understanding regulations, understanding procedures
Organizational and follow up skills; keeping up to date with reporting, following up in a timely manner
Lab Based Position (1)
Product performance engineering lab
Taking complaints that were returned, doing investigations on device
Using design requirements to ensure it meets those
Writing up results and sharing with file manager
Root cause analysis
70% time in lab, 30% at desk writing investigations
Working cross functionally with many different teams
File Manager Position (2)
Candidate expected to initiate and manager complaint files; working with field personnel to ensure compliant files are complete and meet regulations
Prepare customer letters
Working with lab personnel to assess for reportability – completing paperwork
Working collaboratively with all teams
