Responsibilities:

• Offer award winning personalized service to new and existing customers
• Listen and objectively recommend the right products based on information gathered and budget
• Write up sales tickets - schedule delivery and follow up with customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments and promotions
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Stellar communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to work retail hours
