Helps interpret sales data for assigned Oncology/Hematology products within a specific geographic area .

Expands and applies enhanced understanding of customer organizations, networks, and diverse influences that affect customer decisions .

Helps generate key customer insights/trends for colleagues and stakeholders .

Responds to inquiries from newly converted customers, and provides support to medical personnel and other key stakeholders .

Communicates with other sales representatives around common objectives to coordinate selling efforts .

Helps deliver branded sales messages .

Operates and enhances use of available technologies, marketing assets and channels to support sales calls .

Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson's Leadership Imperatives and Credo .Experience :

  • Previous experience of at least 4 years as a medical representative / N.B
  • International pharmaceutical experience - an advantage
  • Experience in oncology/hematology - an advantage

Abilities

  • Field work - independent ability to prioritize, manage and perform tasks
  • Teamwork - great emphasis on interpersonal communication and excellent teamwork skills
