Product Specialist

Position: RECOVER 180 Hydration Specialist (retail)

Market: S. New Jersey area and Shore Points

We are an organic hydration sports drink for today's athletes to improve PERFORMANCE & recovery before, during & after training. We are organically formulated for rapid rehydration.

he hydration you need to RECOVERSTRONG!

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

•  Act as an ambassador for the brand by sampling products at in-store demos and events
• Present a professional appearance and wear specifically required apparel
•  Be on-site on time/early for event activations.
• Assist in setting up and tear down event/demo site elements.
• Engage consumers, share key messages about the product, and encourage participation at the activation site to create excitement and a positive consumer experience.
•  Enthusiastically create memorable brand experiences for consumers
• Maintain working knowledge of the product to be a subject matter expert
• Create a "buzz" to gain consumer attention. Support retail accounts and help drive sales
• Deliver timely event and demo recaps

Requirements:

• Must be passionate about fitness, sports, athletics, and health and wellness
• Relevant experience in events, promotions, consumer marketing, or community marketing
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must have valid license 
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts
•  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective organization and planning skills
• Energetic and confident in engaging with consumers
•  Enjoy working in a team environment & engaging consumers
• Ability to respond under pressure
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Physical activity may be required, e.g., setting up promotional materials, comfortably lifting up to 30 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
• All final candidates must complete a background check, including driving records, education, and employment.
