We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Program Manager to join our team at

WebMD Ignite. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and

delivery of key product initiatives to drive the growth and success of our platform. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in product management, program/project

management, and cross-functional leadership, with a passion for leveraging technology to

improve health outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of product initiatives, from ideation and prioritization through development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and resource constraints.
  • Own tracking of hours tied to deliverables for capacity and velocity planning and reporting
  • Publish transparent weekly status updates to the executive team for the products in the the Program portfolio
  • Drive cross-functional coordination and communication, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks, solve problems, and overcome obstacles to keep projects on track and deliver high-quality results.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics, analyze data, and gather user feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on program management best practices, tools, and methodologies, and mentor junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’;s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product/project management, program management, or a related role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Prior training and/or experience in a Scrum Master role, desired
  • Experience working in an Agile development team
  • Experience/knowledge related to Data Privacy and/or IT Security topics related to working with PHI in the healthcare industry
  • Experience working in the healthcare, technology, or digital experience industry is strongly
  • preferred.
  • Solid understanding of agile development methodologies, product lifecycle management, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Confluence).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and make data- driven decisions
