I am a Talent Analyst looking for people in United States for a Senior Product Owner to work on a project in the automotive sector. This position will require you to go to the office ideally once a week in Washington D.C., come and join us!
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end project planning, including requirements design and rollout, definition of deadlines, prioritization of tasks, allocation of resources and definition of success indicators.
Construction and prioritization of the backlog, including the preparation of epics and user stories.
Direct collaboration with the UX and UI team to understand the audience and create the best experience for users.
Monitoring product performance through indicators and user feedback.
Extract insights from the existing experiences and operational data.
Understand the customer's challenge and help to create business impact, being able to defend the proposed strategy/approach, with a lot of resilience and strategic thinking.
Interaction with different areas of the company to map dependencies and detail requirements.
Participating in agile ceremonies for planning, removing blockages and reviewing sprint results.
Collecting feedback and making decisions based on analytics and metrics to continually improve the product and drive KPIs.
Requirements For This Challenge
Knowledge of new business development.
Experience in leading multifunctional teams.
Familiarity with the JIRA tool.
Knowledge of product performance monitoring tools
