Position: Product Owner

Location: Cary NC (Onsite)

Duration: Contract

Experience: 8+ Years

Job Description:

  • Project Management and Delivery across complex cross functional teams
  • Well Versed in MS Project and able to apply AGILE principles where necessary .
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to articulate and lead BUSINESS leaders, Call Center Leads , Vendor Managers, and other stakeholders of the Program and Reporting Track.
  • Some one with good understanding of the Analytics/Reporting/Data/ETL concepts.
  • Good knowledge on reporting and analytics
  • Preferably knowledge of Genesys platform
  • Experience with Call center analytics, metrics
  • Customer journey management (using Genesys and /or pointillist) .
  • Manages the Requirements Backlog for Reporting and Analytics for BPR Reporting Workstream across contact center, IVR , CRM and Pointillist
