5+ years of experience in Product Ownership/Product Management, Business Consulting, IT Business Analysis, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with BlueYonder SCPO supply chain planning solutions, focusing on demand planning and/or fulfillment modules as a functional consultant, solution architect, or technical lead. (7+ years preferred)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Agile or SAFe certification(s).
Ability to influence change within large, complex organizations.
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Atlassian) and flowchart tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid Chart).
Experience with databases (e.g., Oracle) and large datasets, with understanding of coding techniques used in SCPO.
Detailed understanding of demand planning processes in retail or the food industry, and overall supply chain planning processes.
Familiarity with applying AI/ML to improve planning process efficiency and accuracy.
