JOB SUMMARY


The Product Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end product development and release processes. The Product Support Specialist will provide the second level of support for customers and field representatives. The Product Information Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination, efficient workflows, and successful product launches.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Project Coordination:

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate and track product development projects.

• Ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables by managing project timelines and milestones.


Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined workflows to enhance product development efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and document product development processes.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze data related to product performance, user feedback, and project timelines.

• Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and improve product operations.


Communication and Documentation:

• Facilitate clear communication among cross-functional teams regarding project updates, timelines, and dependencies.

• Create and maintain documentation related to product specifications, processes, and project plans.


Quality Assurance:

• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that products meet established standards and specifications.

• Collaborate with testing teams to identify and address issues during the development process.


ROLE QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.

PREFERRED • Prior experince in operations, project coordination, or a similar role.

WORKING CONDITIONS/EQUIPMENT USE

• Work is performed indoors in a typical office environment - not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.

• Must be able to lift up to fifteen (15) pounds

• Frequent use of office machines to include telephone, computer, and printer
