JOB SUMMARY
The Product Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end product development and release processes. The Product Operations Analyst will provide the second level of support for customers and field representatives. The Product Operations Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination, efficient workflows, and successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate and track product development projects.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables by managing project timelines and milestones.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined workflows to enhance product development efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and document product development processes.
- Collect and analyze data related to product performance, user feedback, and project timelines.
- Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and improve product operations.
- Facilitate clear communication among cross-functional teams regarding project updates, timelines, and dependencies.
- Create and maintain documentation related to product specifications, processes, and project plans.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that products meet established standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with testing teams to identify and address issues during the development process.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Prior experince in operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Results-Oriented : ability to plan, schedule and organize professional schedule to achieve strategic goals within or ahead of established time frames
- Adaptability to Change : ability to be flexible and supportive, react swiftly to and able to positively and proactively assimilate change in rapid growth environment
- Interpersonal Communication : ability to choose a communication behavior that is both appropriate and effective for a given situation; the ability to understand and manage your own emotions, as well as recognize and influence the emotions of others
