Here's a quick overview of what you will be doing:
Define and amplify our brand identity, including the who, what, why, and how of our product offering, to resonate with target audiences
Map the buyer journey to identify key touchpoints and develop targeted messaging and content to guide prospects through the sales funnel
Develop content frameworks and strategies for various channels, including blogging, video, website, etc., to drive brand awareness and thought leadership
Develop and manage a case advocacy program, including case studies, testimonials, campaigns, and reviews, to showcase customer success stories
Generate PR opportunities and manage relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to increase brand visibility and credibility
Plan and execute integrated communication strategies, including email marketing and in-app messaging, to nurture leads and drive user engagement
Develop and execute a social media strategy to engage with our target audience across relevant platforms and drive brand awareness and engagement
Develop and optimize new user onboarding experiences to drive product adoption and retention
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including KPIs, to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly
Requirements
Content marketing experience, including the ability to outline and draft blog posts, create web copy, and develop internal messaging documents, email copy, and presentations
Proficiency in building decks for various purposes, including sales, conferences, partner pitches, investor presentations, webinars, etc
Experience launching a new website and understanding of website design principles, navigation, and page flow
Ability to analyze and deconstruct successful marketing campaigns, with a focus on understanding target audience, campaign experience, and demand generation
Strong narrative-building skills, with a focus on storytelling and differentiation
Passion for marketing and curiosity to seek out inspiration and best practices within the industry
Clear execution abilities with intention, including systems thinking, creative thinking, and first principles thinking
