Who You Are Brightwheel is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the brightwheel Marketing team. The Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role in shaping and communicating the value of our products to prospects and customers, driving both new customer acquisition and customer satisfaction. This role demands a deep understanding of buyer behavior and takes a buyer-first approach, leveraging research and insights to deliver sales and marketing results. The ideal candidate will be a master storyteller, capable of crafting impactful messaging that resonates with our audience and drives revenue. They will excel in cross-functional collaboration, effectively prioritizing and executing projects that align with company goals and adapt swiftly to evolving business needs. With strong project management skills and a knack for measuring success, the Product Marketing Manager will continuously refine our go-to-market strategies to maximize leads and lead-to-closed won conversion. What You'll Do
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create sales and marketing plans that effectively communicate the value of the product to target audiences, ensuring alignment with lead generation and sales conversion goals
Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning, product roadmap, and marketing tactics
Craft Compelling Messaging: Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging that highlights the product's unique value proposition and resonates with the target audience in various formats, including web pages, pitch decks, 1-pagers, talking points, and more
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Support, and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective go-to-market strategies, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders and ensuring cross-functional alignment
Manage Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating marketing activities, creating promotional materials, and measuring the impact of launch campaigns
Track and Measure Success: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and improve future efforts
Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
4+ years related marketing experience, ideally in product marketing
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience carrying out field marketing activities, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
Experience partnering with SMB sales and product teams
Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously
Entrepreneurial and works well in a rapidly changing environment
Metrics driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
