Internship Overview

The Product Marketing Internship at Fortress is designed to offer students or recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in. As an intern, you will work closely with our team of experts to contribute to content creation, product messaging, and competitive intelligence, while developing your professional skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Content creation: Develop engaging and informative content to highlight specific products or solutions.
• Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
• Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to gather information and insights.
• Create blogs and 1-pagers that effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products.
• Messaging: Assist in the development and training of sales teams on product messaging and new product launches.
• Participate in training sessions to help sales teams understand and effectively communicate product value propositions.
• Work with the marketing and sales departments to craft compelling messaging for our solutions.
• Gather feedback from sales teams to refine messaging and training materials.
• Competitive Intelligence: Conduct research and analysis on competitive products to inform our strategic positioning.
• Develop battlecards that provide sales teams with actionable intelligence on competitors.
• Research and document competitive products, identifying key features and differentiators.
• Continuously update competitive intelligence materials based on market changes and new product launches.
  

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Business, Communications program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems
