We understand the power of Product Marketing in driving product adoption and usage, and are therefore seeking a passionate individual to join our team and contribute to the growth and impact of our award-winning product lines, Rendever Engage, RendeverFit®, and RendeverLive®. The ideal candidate will possess an innate passion for technology, and the ability to excite others. As a Product Marketing & Experience Coordinator, you should be a self-starter who enjoys diving deep, learning everything there is to know about a product, and quickly surfacing to provide tangible impact for customers and prospects. The output of this role will be a reflection of your understanding and belief in each product, and a strong desire to impact the industries that we serve.


Role Overview

This role will require merging passion for the human experience with a dedication to helping customers and prospective customers understand everything that Rendever does. Impactful customer deployments require a blend of education, inspiration, and actionable opportunities. The right candidate will have an incredible opportunity to make a difference in the world by helping us to provide clarity, guidance and inspiration to our partners through the creation of elegant, delightful, and engaging product marketing assets that our Community Engagement and Growth & Sales teams can use to drive adoption and increase usage with our partners.


Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge

  • Learn and understand the ins and outs of our products and their features, rooted in the value Rendever provides to our multi-stakeholder users. We do not just improve the lives of aging adults, but the entire ecosystem of care from staff and volunteers, to family members, healthcare workers, residents, and patients. 
  • Connect meaningfully with our Experience, Research, Community Engagement and Growth & Sales teams to learn what they know and help them drive greater adoption, usage, and expansion of partnerships with our customers. 
  • Visit Senior Living Communities consistently to experience first-hand the magic of Rendever in order to perceive how important it is to replicate that magic while capturing usable media assets.

Product Marketing

  • Design bright, clean, delightful resources that reflect the brand's voice and resonate with the target audience and constantly help our partners to understand the value of our product as a whole, the value of every feature, and every new release - as well as the clarity and guidance around how to use it, with whom, and when.
  • These materials may include but are not limited to mailers, newsletters, blog posts, videos, and social media campaigns designed to increase adoption, highlight customer features, and usage for customers. Therefore, this candidate must excel in copywriting, editorial, and graphic design showcased in a portfolio of product marketing assets. 
  • Showcase success stories that powerfully highlight the impact and benefit of Rendever products by finding and sharing our most illuminating and inspirational “magical moments” from the field. Please feel free to share material like this that you’ve created in the past. We’d love to see how you’ve helped celebrate wins that inspire others to follow suit! 

Copywriting and Editorial

  • Demonstrate a balanced approach to writing and editing, utilizing both creativity and efficiency.
  • Translate complex product knowledge into compelling assets and resources for stakeholders internally such as Growth, Community Engagement, and our external target users: Senior Care Staff & Volunteers, Residents/Patients, and Family Members. 

Collaborative Problem-Solving and Brainstorming:

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate exciting ideas for marketing product releases or campaigns, fostering alignment and excitement among team members.
  • Efficiently gather information, facilitate creativity, and drive the execution of ideas.

Audience and Host Engagement:

  • Support the growth and development of hosts participating in our interactive sessions, guiding them to embody the values and ethos of Rendever.
  • Cultivate strategies to enhance audience engagement and foster a sense of community among participants.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Product Marketing or related experience, such as marketing, product design, product management, or software sales. 
  • Writing Skills: Proficiency in copywriting, editorial tasks, and the ability to absorb both the brand and product voice while translating value, and how to derive ultimate value into messaging that can vary for all different kinds of customers and users. 
  • Audience Engagement: Understanding of audience growth strategies, building hype, and showcasing impact through strategic planning and execution.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Google Slides with the ability to create visually appealing collateral that aligns with the brand's voice.
  • Soft Skills: Passionate about immersive technology and its ability to improve the lives of older adults. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset and love of interpersonal interactions. Comfort on camera.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves as we are a small start-up where we value team player mentality and adaptability. 
  • High energy and enthusiasm with the ability to inspire others, even in challenging situations.

  • Excited to figure out how to use AI tools to increase speed and efficiency in their workflows. 
  • Enjoys being on camera from time to time, proven an ability to invoke our brand, which is bright and authentic
