We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (Martech to help develop and execute a clear product vision and strategy that will deliver measurable outcomes. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining strategic roadmaps, aligning with product strategy, and communicating clearly with stakeholders. This role will work with sales, marketing, and technology to ensure our marketing tech stack supports our Revenue Organization and their OKRs. The product manager should be able to share clear business objectives to the cross-functional teams to help deliver successful outcomes for new products and product enhancements. This position will report into the SVP, Product Management & Enablement and can be worked remotely with occasional travel to the Rosemont, IL and Las Vegas, NV offices.

Responsibilities

  • Works with the SVP, Director of Product & Innovation and Product Team to continuously develop, adapt, and execute a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and customer needs to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Works with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
  • Creates, modifies, and maintains strategic roadmap aligned with the product vision and strategy.
  • Clearly communicates the vision, strategy, outcomes, and roadmap with stakeholders.
  • Conducts market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Works with sponsor to establish business case.
  • Authors Steering Meeting materials and runs Steering Meetings.
  • Facilitates intake and prioritization of product initiatives and enhancements. Creates/reviews the roadmap.
  • Authors product initiatives/changes and obtains portfolio approval
  • Works with business owner to prioritize Initiatives, Epics, MVPs, and features
  • Authors Epics, Features, and identifies user stories
  • Validates business value with customers, and works with steering committee to validate, invalidate, or modify thesis
  • Works closely with Technical Product Owner to align backlog with business priorities.
  • Works closely with engineering teams to deliver an optimal product and user experience.
  • Analyzes customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitors product performance and metrics to ensure product success and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Works with sales, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders to support organizational readiness.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Martech Product Manager or similar role in in product management
  • Experience in marketing, Salesforce, Account Engagement, and other CRM and marketing tools including data management and integrations
  • Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies is a plus. Experience in Pendo or similar application user enhancement and analytics software is also a plus.
  • Technical background with knowledge of data and enterprise data development and solutions is a plus
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in B2C marketing is a plus
  • Experience in medical insurance claims or personal injury litigation industry a plus
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with product/project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Gantt charts, etc.) preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
