If you have product management experience and are looking for the next growth opportunity, keep reading! TCP is hiring an experienced and motivated Product Manager (Manager, Product team T&A) to join our Product Management team as we grow and expand our Time & Attendance product offering.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap execution for Time & Attendance product line. You will be leading a team of Product Owners, working with internal and external customers to identify and understand customer problems and their business needs and translate those into product requirements. As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Time & Attendance product portfolio.
  • Lead and manage a team of Product Owners.
  • Lead the execution of the roadmap and release objectives.
  • Manage product lifecycle processes including product discovery, planning, and launch.
  • Work with customers to promote the product, understand customer needs, and drive adoption.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand, prioritize, and communicate needs to ensure a full understanding of roadmap themes and requirements.
  • Work with Engineering leaders to direct high-performance teams and ensure the success of product delivery.
  • Work closely with product marketing to define and implement a Go-To-Market strategy
  • Other duties include scheduling and leading portfolio meetings to identify and prioritize product issues, manage product roadmaps, and complete daily tasks to meet project deadlines.


You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • A minimum of 5 years related product management experience in a technology company.
  • Experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical designs, architecture, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Team player: the ability to interface and build relationships at all levels (vertically and horizontally across functions).
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agile & Scrum process experience.
