Role:
- Detailed Competitor Analysis and customer needs research (our customers are e-commerce merchants)
- Product Obsession for the direct customer (merchants) and end customer (shoppers) ease of use - Starting with smallest changes that would give biggest bang for the buck and ROI
3) Product documentation and user guides - Text and videos
4) New Feature ideation
5) End to end ownership
* The role is part-time to start with, and will require 3-4 hours (set time) per day, Monday-Friday. 15-20 hours per week, and will be made full time in 2-3 months, based on performance.
