As a Product Manager– Customer Acquisition, your primary responsibility is to continuously solve for product-market fit and deliver a technology-enabled roadmap that expands our capabilities and improves upon experiences for our customers. You will own our multisided marketplace that matches capital providers to consumers based on brand affinity, capital availability and other attributes that we use in our algorithm. The Product Manager will provide and drive the long-term strategy, product vision, and be the voice of the customer.
What you'll do:
· Define the consumer acquisition product vision and conduct user testing, strategic customer & market-specific research as well as analytics to develop the product roadmap.
· Work closely with designers and engineers to get initiative requirements well scoped, designed and built; work both independently as well as collaboratively to establish product delivery timelines with the engineering, marketing and account management teams.
· Translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, specifications and requirements, helping to define product direction and guide team towards delivering excellent products.
· Drive consensus among stakeholders and develop key performance indicators for the product lifecycle.
· Drive consensus among stakeholders to define, design, execute, and implement a new product features
· Leverage existing LendKey platform and operations to create a product that seamlessly integrates into the LendKey ecosystem.
· Be the point-person on 3rd party vendor selection and application integration.
What we’re looking for:
· 5+ years in product management.
· Deep knowledge of consumer acquisition products and markets with an understanding of how to make it better.
· Deep understanding of a multisided marketplace.
· Solid understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements for lending.
· Ability to understand and speak the language of both business and engineering challenges.
· Problem solver; strong written and verbal communication skill; team-player.
· Someone who has a passion for building great products that drive both customer & client traffic. We value those who are driven to do greater things than the status quo.
· Results-focused & willing to ‘get hands dirty’ in order to drive projects forward and create high-quality products.

The full-time base salary range for this role in the United States is between $100,000 - $120,000 + bonus and / or commissions + equity + benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as market job location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as evaluated throughout the interview process.
