⚡ $125k – $150k base + benefits

The Company/Opportunity

We are currently partnered with a 40-person subsidiary of one of the largest financial services companies in the US that is a payments gateway company that offers various integrated payment solutions (mobile, in-store, web), partnering with ISVs. As they have onboarded a new CPO to rebuild the product function, they are looking to add another PM to their scaling organization.

✅ Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the enhancement of our PayFac and gateway solutions through innovative research, aligning product strategies with business goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct industry research to identify trends and customer needs, utilizing payments industry expertise to guide product development and innovation.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from inception to launch, ensuring high quality, adherence to timelines, and seamless integration across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support teams.
• Prioritize and refine product backlogs with a metrics-driven approach, making decisions based on comprehensive performance indicators.

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in product management
• Payments experience required (preferably SaaS)
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and effective communication.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude, a passion for your work, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
