Product Manager

Job Description:

Must Have Skills/ Requirements: (Top 3-5 or more)

• 4-5 years of experience in Product Management- this person needs to be seasoned ("high profile project")
• Must come from an Ecommerce background- understand the guest experience of buying a room/ checking out packages etc
• Experience owning a project from conception to delivery -
• Looking for someone with a strong project management and tech and user story background, experience working with scrum teams
• MUST be fluent in Jira
• Someone who's experienced working with engineering teams that are driving UI
• Someone who is data driven, proactive, policy driven

• This person needs to be more curious - guest experience minded- able to put on their “guest hat”
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases.
• Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action with a willingness to take personal initiative.
• Effectively provide overall leadership across multiple teams, while working collaboratively to delivery with quality on time.
