Treering creates yearbooks for the Internet generation. The Silicon Valley, CA-based technology company combines the efficiency of just-in-time digital printing and the collaborative power of online social networks to create personalized printed yearbooks that commemorate each child's unique school experience. The process reduces the yearbook creation and financial burden for schools.

As a Product Manager, you will be part of a growing team that has a passion for bringing the age-old school yearbook up to date for today’s internet generation. You will report directly to Head of Product, and collaborate cross functionally with our team members. Treering has thousands of schools nationwide, we have expanded into Canada and Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the success of Treering’s flagship Yearbook product
  • Become a domain expert, deeply understanding the business and workflows
  • Work with other leaders from Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop a product roadmap that meets their objectives and challenges
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and QA to deliver a high-quality product to our customers
  • Give clarity of purpose and generate energy for cross-functional team
  • Provide product requirements and use cases for projects, tasks, and bugs

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years as a product manager
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup
  • Have an ownership mentality.
  • Ability to jump into any situation as no task is too small
  • Ability to balance what’s best for your team and what’s best for Treering
  • Approachable and welcome feedback
  • Data-driven in your decision-making
  • Good understanding of the Product Development Life Cycle
  • Prefer an iterative, fast-paced development style
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Superb communication skills: Ability to build strong working relationships and communicate effectively upwards and downwards

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a SaaS Mid-Market
  • Solid/familiarity with SQL
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Github
