Kaiber was founded by Victor Wang (Goodwin, Inkly), Eric Gao (Facebook, Banner [YC]), Jacky Lu (Stripe), Christine Zuniga (Tableau, MuleSoft), and Ede Schweizer (Apple, Google, Pinterest, Amazon). We bootstrapped to $5M ARR and recently raised a seed round.

We’re excited to bring on an awesome Program Manager that loves streamlining processes and filling in the gaps across cross-functional teams!

What you’ll own:

Discover what it means for humans to make art with machines.

Build and drive a process to deeply understand customer problems and have an opinion about the solutions

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives.

Lead the end-to-end management for product development initiatives, including discovery, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

Identify and proactively address potential issues or roadblocks to project success, implementing solutions to drive continuous improvement.

In 30 days you will…

• Complete onboarding process, familiarizing with company culture, processes, and ongoing projects
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across departments, scheduling introductory meetings
• Assess ongoing projects within the product portfolio, reviewing project plans and timelines
• Set short-term and long-term objectives in collaboration with the product, engineering, and design teams
• Audit and start to run
• all agile/scrum ceremonies
• Standups
• Backlog Grooming
• Sprint Planning
• Product Demos
• Sprint Retros

In 60 days you will…

• Maintain what you did in your first 30 days
• Identify problems and build solutions for 3 core user personas
• Develop framework for metrics for customer success

In 90 days you will…

• Contribute to the development of the long-term product roadmap of Kaiber
• Be the trusted confidant of the engineering, design, and product team
• Gather feedback from team members to continuously improve engineering velocity
• Kick butt and launch features with lightning speed as we scale

Your Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven track record of 5+ years in program management or project management roles, preferably in the technology industry.

Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from 0 to 1, with a focus on software or AI product development.

Strong understanding of agile + scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational levels.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving initiatives forward amidst ambiguity and evolving priorities.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Height, Jira, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Bonus:

PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.

CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)
