We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team at k-ID. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and enhancements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of technology and user needs, able to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the co-Founders and senior management to define product vision and strategy
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing
- Translate customer needs and market insights into detailed product requirements and use cases
- Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and manage the product backlog
- Plan and execute successful product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies and supporting marketing collateral
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement resources
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Work closely with the customer success team to gather user feedback and prioritize product enhancements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5 years of experience in product management in tech industry
- Proven track record of successful product launches and iterations
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Basic understanding of UX principles and software development processes
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Experience in the specific domain of our company (e.g., Gaming)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience with product strategy and roadmap development
- Strong technical background or ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Track record of mentoring junior product managers
- Public speaking or thought leadership in product management
