We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team at k-ID. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and enhancements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of technology and user needs, able to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with the co-Founders and senior management to define product vision and strategy
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends


Product Development:

  • Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing
  • Translate customer needs and market insights into detailed product requirements and use cases
  • Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and manage the product backlog


Product Launch and Marketing:

  • Plan and execute successful product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies and supporting marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement resources


Product Performance Tracking and Improvement:

  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Work closely with the customer success team to gather user feedback and prioritize product enhancements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in product management in tech industry
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and iterations
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Basic understanding of UX principles and software development processes


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • Experience in the specific domain of our company (e.g., Gaming)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience with product strategy and roadmap development
  • Strong technical background or ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts
  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Track record of mentoring junior product managers
  • Public speaking or thought leadership in product management
