Product Manager

Be responsible for…successful execution of the product delivery plan within functional domain of responsibility. Liaison with business domain to develop connected data foundation strategy for the analytical product(s). Coordinate b/w various working groups: business data owners, technical delivery teams, program management team, data suppliers, analytical teams using the data. Own the product (or multiple products within domain) roadmap.

Must have CPG/FMCG experience!

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap of the product(s) and delivery and all activities within the current stage of the roadmap:

• Design thinking process / blueprinting process to develop the intended data product design

• Coordinate data requirements collection: definitions, nomenclatures, quality requirements, refresh requirements etc.

• Drive the preparation of technical specifications supporting the product design

• Oversee agile delivery process, coordinating between DE delivery teams, functional experts, business data owners and business process owners

• Establish effective meeting cadence structure (delivery – business connect – sponsor connect) and drive the preparation of the materials for the calls

• Coordinate testing / UAT / SIT processes, involving relevant business process and business data users, ensuring sign off of the delivered data assets

• Maintains the list of change management requirements and works with business data owners / business process owners to implement change management process

• Resolve issues arising during implementation and escalate accordingly to the program lead, functional lead and business lead.

• Oversee / Be accountable for capacity planning, utilization and re-prioritization

• Act as product owner for Data Engineering Delivery Teams
