Corra is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our organization. As a Product Manager you act as your clients’ trusted advisor in leading the overall vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for a specific digital product, or products, within an engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively prioritize initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative solutions to optimize the digital commerce experience ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • You will collaborate with clients across retail verticals to understand their business, end-customer needs, and then constantly deliver value with fast sprint cycles.
  • Partner with client(s), product owners, strategists, user experience leads, and technical leads to align on product goals and define business value in order to prioritize the feature backlog.
  • Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the digital commerce platform.
  • Ability to conduct research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize feature development.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, customer impact, risks, dependencies and technical feasibility.
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications to guide development efforts.
  • Create and manage supporting documentation deliverables — User Stories, Functional Specifications Document (FSD), Use Cases, Data Mapping, Workflow Diagrams and more.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, with varying degrees of complexity and business priority, for a single client and across a portfolio of clients.
  • Champion the user experience, advocating for intuitive design and seamless customer journeys across digital commerce touchpoints.
  • Ability to analyze user data, metrics, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product enhancements.
  • Partner with Commerce Analysts to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital commerce, such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to conduct post-release analysis to evaluate the success of new features and gather learnings for future iterations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the capabilities of Corra’s technology Partners and other innovative third party extensions and solutions in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Ecommerce Product Manager working on Enterprise-level projects.
  • Experience working in an Ecommerce agency setting, preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience with an ecommerce platform, preferably Magento Enterprise, SAP Hybris, or Shopify Plus.
  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Technology, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of general principles of open source software, SQL databases, HTML and CSS, and common web technologies integral to building seamless multichannel experiences
  • Experience with complex system integrations that are crucial to ecommerce success, such as ERP, OMS, payment services, WMS or fulfillment, CMS, CRM and more
  • Well-versed in Waterfall, Scrum and Agile methodologies, and able to suggest the approach that best fits project needs
  • Working knowledge of SEO, Analytics, and CRO is preferred
  • Experience using JIRA, Mavenlink or other project management tools is preferred
  • Experience as a Product Owner is a plus
  • Experience working within SAFe is a plus
  • Some travel is required for meetings with team members and clients

Potential Salary Range: $130,000-$170,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
