As an experienced Technical Product Manager at Aristotle on Integrity, you will be at the forefront of steering the planning, development, and delivery of our highly regarded identity and age verification solutions, branded as Integrity. This critical role demands a unique blend of expertise in future vision, market dynamics, and in-depth experience in the Identity and Age Verification industry. You will navigate the intersection of market demand, sales opportunities, customer requirements, and the day-to-day challenges inherent to product management in this specialized field.

Salary Range: $90k-$120k per year

Requirements

  • Manage the entire Integrity product line life cycle, focusing on strategic planning through to tactical activities.
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products based on comprehensive market research and direct customer interactions.
  • Drive a cohesive solution set across development teams (Development/Engineering and Marketing Communications) by clearly defining market requirements, product contracts, and positioning.
  • Formulate and execute a robust company-wide go-to-market strategy, fostering collaboration with all departments. Conduct financial ROI analysis and forecasting to inform decision-making.
  • Evaluate and establish partnerships aligning with Integrity's growth goals, collaborating with stakeholders for mutually beneficial alliances and enhanced market presence.
  • Plan and coordinate software releases, ensuring high-quality integration of new features, and collaborate effectively with Marketing for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with executive management and sales to lead Integrity product directions and interact with various groups.
  • Interface with Engineering, Support, Training, Sales, and Marketing for various aspects, including guidance on proposed requirements, training materials, and marketing support.
  • Ensure availability of all necessary marketing materials and provide ongoing product positioning and sales support.


Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience specifically related to KYC identity and age verification solutions.
  • Preferred experience in both commercial and government markets.
  • Proven track record as a Product Manager with 3+ years of software marketing/product management experience.
  • Knowledgeable in technology with a background in Computer Science and/or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience being a strong plus.
  • Optional certification in CMP and/or CPMM.
  • Experience working with teams locally and remotely.
  • Ability to collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end clients to ensure client's needs are met.
  • Experience providing estimates on Integrity development work to be completed.
  • Preferably, a candidate with an Integrity development background; if not, a candidate with an in-depth understanding of all phases of development and providing developers with the information they will need.

This dynamic role involves occasional travel (15%) to customer and non-customer sites in North America and International regions, with the emphasis on strategic actions while other organizations handle tactical tasks.
