Define and implement the short-term roadmap and long-term engagement model for executing on member facing digital Integrations.
Accountability and prioritization over execution and delivery of the digital product roadmap for member experiences.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, in a fast paced, agile environment and be responsible for conception, design,
development, delivery, maintenance, and evolution of the
customer experience including translating business and user needs into product features Review, analyze, collect and take action on qualitative and quantitative findings from Customer Satisfaction Surveys, user testing and additional customer feedback loops including Adobe analytics, performance monitoring etc.
Write and breakdown epics independently.
Write and review detailed user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple User-types.
