The Role:

The Product Management Intern will find and provide summaries of published studies and research regarding CPI’s training programs and services. This role will have a thorough understanding and knowledge of recent research conducted about CPI support and provide documentation of CPI being evidence-based.

What You Get To Do Everyday:

  • Utilize research databases to identify published literature regarding the effectiveness of CPI and de-escalation training
  • Conduct thorough literature reviews and analyze findings
  • Document summaries of findings using outlined objectives
  • Assist in identifying gaps in research and provide recommendations for future research plans
  • Perform other position-related duties as assigned

You Need to Have:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Current standing as a sophomore or higher in college
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of research theories and databases
  • Ability to read and comprehend large volumes of data and information efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize efficiently
  • Accountability for work produced
  • Positive attitude, high-energy
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • $18.00 - $20.00/hour
  • July - August schedule
