About The Role
Our ideal candidate is an experienced engineer and manager able to guide how we build products, systems, and teams leading a diverse group of individuals across engineering, devops and cloud infrastructure supporting a SaaS digital marketing platform.

Compensation This position offers $130,000-$150,000 depending on experience and qualifications
5+ years experience developing web-based, cloud-hosted software in a team environment
Experience leading cross-functional, self-enabled team(s)
Experience managing production systems
Strong understanding of cloud environments and site reliability (Amazon AWS, DataDog)
Strong understanding of Devops principles and systems (CI/CD, Github, Jenkins)
Experience improving the SDLC of teams to make them more efficient and effective
Experience with networking and security
Experience with multiple coding languages (C#, Node JS, SQL, React)
Well-rounded knowledge of platform architecture
Passion for coaching and mentoring
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions
Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor
