We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Engineering team to focus on internal tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centric design solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the productivity and satisfaction of our internal teams.
This position will be in Bellevue, WA with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote (Thursday/Friday).
Responsibilities
Design and iterate on user interfaces for internal tools, ensuring a high level of usability and visual appeal
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand user needs and business goals
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions
Maintain and contribute to design systems and guidelines
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in the tech industry
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of ad tech platforms, programmatic advertising, and data driven technologies
Experience designing internal tools or enterprise software
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
Salary
$130,000-$170,000 Base Salary + Equity
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to job-related knowledge, level of relevant experience, education and skills.
