At Champion, we believe that the biggest growth catalyst doesn’t lie outside, but within. It’s not about more, but about untapping the potential from opportunity that already exists — from within your champions and yourself. As a product and a company, we’re set on creating deeper partnerships with organizations and their champions so every person can do more, together.

But, Champion doesn’t just represent business growth. It represents individual and professional growth. Champion embodies our passion to build and cultivate an excellent company where we celebrate and advocate for what makes each team member a champion. We seek members with winning mindsets, creative and diverse thinking, and the desire to be all in.

  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and apply critical design thinking to uncover project requirements and develop project briefs
  • Manage the workflow of multiple design projects and deadlines
  • Talk to customers, prospects, and potential users to validate concepts and develop thoughtful solutions
  • Obsessively refine every interaction and visual design detail

What You’ll Need

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience designing exceptional enterprise-class applications
  • Demonstrable experience building digital products from conception to delivery
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end design process (discovery and delivery)
  • Experience identifying and prioritizing opportunities, forming hypotheses, creating experiments, and collaboratively creating success metrics
  • Great communication skills and familiarity with technical language to facilitate collaboration with other teams
  • Knowledge of best practices for accessibility and experience designing for different devices and screen sizes
  • Organization skills needed to create and maintain easy-to-use documentation
  • Familiarity working in a cross-disciplinary environment, where experimentation and testing are valued
  • Business-oriented, data-driven, detail-oriented and autonomous mindset
  • Ability to communicate your ideas, concepts and insights clearly
  • Not required, but a plus: Working knowledge of front-end code

Additional Information:

  • $125 - $135k annual salary based on experience
  • Great benefits, including healthcare, dental, and vision coverage for employees
  • Equity grants
  • Monthly equipment stipend to cover laptop, monitor, and any software or equipment you may need
  • This is a hybrid or virtual position.
  • Local team members come into the office approximately 1-2x per week. This is flexible.
  • Remote team members come to the office approximately 2-4x per year, based on training, corporate events, or other business needs.
