About the Role:
The purpose of this team is to Design user interfaces for web products. Writes functionality design specifications. Design and implement prototypes, mock ups, task analysis, usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigation structures, and affinity diagrams. Generates design ideas; presents and sells designs to product group. Understands customer needs and motivations and integrates them into product design to contribute to user features and functionality.

Responsibilities:
Work with fellow designers, research, product, and engineering teams to define and create relevant, intuitive, and beautiful experiences that our customers love..
Conceptualize and design original ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues.
Work with SMB engineering team and working with small/medium businesses signing up for the product and onboarding/renewal/driving of tenant health scenarios.
Must Have Skills:
Solving hard problems, driving complex design issues across multidisciplinary groups such as engineering, product management, research and marketing; and shipping relevant experiences within deadlines.
A portfolio demonstrating interaction + visual design and prototyping skills
Proficient in all aspects and levels of interaction/UX design from information architecture to systems and workflows to micro-interactions.
User-centric approach to design and an understanding of how to apply research insights into design and development of product experiences. Experience in data driven decision-making.
Experience in data driven decision-making.
Experience with Figma and Illustrator.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
