Location
Though we do support a remote work environment, our preference is for candidates that are located in Utah or Texas. However we are open to remote employees in the following states: California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Missouri.

What You’ll Do
Bring a 0 to 1 mindset to building the Arturo platform
Conduct research to build an intuitive and functional product; human-centered design
Iterate on user interface design and comfort in aligning stakeholders to make the best decisions for the user
Participate in the product process, bringing in value signals from the market, customers, marketing/sales
Work closely with the product team to synthesize value signals into a must-have list of requirements to shape a competitive roadmap
What You Bring
Scrappy, can-do attitude
Collaborative nature and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
Ownership mentality
Experience in building compelling user-experiences, especially as it relates to taking a wealth of data from “noise” into meaning
Familiarity with GIS data is a plus
Familiarity with the property ecosystem (insurance, contractors, lenders, real estate agents, etc.) is a plus
5-7 years of experience in human-centered product/UX/UI design
Travel
You can expect to travel an average of 5-10% of the time for company meetings, etc.
If you are based out of Utah, there may be intermittent opportunity to meet and collaborate with the team there, reducing the travel time. If you are not based out of Utah, this may increase the frequency of travel somewhat.
