Summary

The Product Delivery Manager, SWX will be providing direction for the product engineering, development, design, and systems integration for SEW products and client engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle. The Product Delivery Manager, SWX will also be utilizing product knowledge to support our SWX platform. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual, with a good technical understanding of web and mobile applications, has strong experience in leading teams on internal / external facing products and projects and interacting with stakeholders, design, and technical team members to get things done.


Responsibilities

  • Eliciting and documenting requirements, discovering, and documenting workflows, leading the product strategy, prioritizing needs and wants, evaluating and assessing risks, planning, tracking, and managing assigned projects.
  • The candidate will identify issues proactively, resolve conflicts, escalate if necessary, and work across the organization.
  • Work closely with the cross functional teams, communicate priorities, and work with key stakeholders to ensure expectations are managed, and the project is delivered to satisfaction.
  • Design Web, mobile and wearable technology, native applications and Web engineering, as well as providing leadership towards the development of Guest- and employee-centric experiences.
  • Expert focused on helping product improve modeling predictability, analytics driven strategy development, operational efficiency, and compliance in Energy & Utilities.
  • Experience working with clients directly and managing client needs.
  • Superior problem-solving skills and client first mindset.
  • Proficient in handling the most complex of technical product engineering and development concepts.
  • Possesses good knowledge of different software systems like Mobility, Cloud, SaaS, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.
  • Experience in understanding and implementing client requirements.
  • Understand product features, uses cases, workflows, requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner.
  • Work cross-functionally across diverse and global teams.
  • Easily recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.
  • Contributes to the product development and release lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the product development and releases.
  • Must be able to work with multiple product and project teams simultaneously, thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and connect unexpected threads across disparate delivery teams.


Requirements

  • Field Service Management and/or Utility experience preferred.
  • Excellent positive attitude and communication.
  • Prior experience in Field Service Management or Utility Software product is preferred.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or IT related Engineering
  • At least 3 years of prior experience with Software Product Engineering
  • Must be passionate about product development, engineering, and solutioning.
  • Experience with MS .NET, Java, Databases, Mobility, Big Data, Advance technologies like AI / Machine Learning is a major plus!
